Handyman + Repairs
You're moving into a big house and may encounter various small maintenance tasks along the way. Adam can assist you if you need to replace batteries in the smoke detector, clear a clogged drain, hang some artwork, or pressure wash the patio. For any minor repairs or maintenance tasks, please get in touch with Adam directly. Remember that as the tenant, you are responsible for covering the costs of any services you hire from Adam. For major repairs or issues that need to be addressed by us, you must submit a maintenance request through your Turbotenant account. If you're unsure whether to hire Adam or submit a maintenance request, feel free to ask for guidance!

Whether *painting walls or doing touch-ups upon move-out, Matt is happy to help.
*Please remember that before you paint walls, you must get prior approval from us. Also, no modifications can be made to trim, would work, or custom walls (wainscoting, etc.). Finally, all walls must be in original condition/ color upon move-out.
