Hello!

We are a local family from Colorado interested in investing in real estate to secure our future while providing others with beautiful places to live. Both of us come from humble beginnings, and we are passionate about real estate as a means to build a family legacy. We live in Timnath and have personally lived in every property we own. We have put in a lot of effort to upgrade each property with our hands, including beautiful trims, finishes, pergolas, and landscaping that you'll enjoy in your new home. One of us is a hobby carpenter who enjoys creating these finishes, while the other is a designer who loves to choose the finishes and motifs for each property. We are a simple family who loves to spend time with our children and explore the outdoors. We are also actively involved in the community. We often camp, fish, play soccer and hockey, or work on house projects- of course! We have two lively dogs who also share our home with us.
